Why It Works
- Joysils contains amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, two antiseptic ingredients released as the lozenge dissolves in the mouth. Clinical studies of lozenges with this combination have shown greater relief of sore throat pain than non-medicated lozenges.

Posology & Administration
Adults & children over 6: dissolve one lozenge slowly every 2–3 hours as needed. Maximum: do not exceed the recommended daily number of lozenges.
