Fully digital and paperless, it delivers the country's fastest medical fitness testing, with results in as little as 30 minutes. Smart Salem is licensed by Dubai Health and CAP-accredited. 

Beyond visa medicals it offers wellness screening, blood tests, body composition, DNA and gut-microbiome testing. A 600+ sqm centre opens at KAFD, Riyadh in 2026.

Klea Pharma (Klea Pharmaceuticals LLC), headquartered in Dubai, is the group's engine for pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, medical devices and regional partnerships.

We in-license and register branded and hospital specialty products, then deploy them through in-house medical, regulatory and commercial teams.

The portfolio spans 10+ specialties and 100+ products, from acute to chronic to consumer health, backed by specialist physicians.
