Indication
Symptomatic relief of pain and improvement of joint mobility in osteoarthritis of the knee and other synovial joints. (Pre-filled syringe · 2.2 mL · single intra-articular injection)
Composition (per 2.2 mL syringe)
- Sodium hyaluronate (IPN cross-linked 35.2 mg
- Concentration 16 mg/mL
- Mannitol (antioxidant/stabiliser)
- Phosphate-buffered saline
- Presentation 2.2 mL
Posology & Administration
Dose: one intra-articular injection of 2.2 mL into the affected joint. Repeat: may be repeated per clinical response, typically every 6–12 months. Administration: strict aseptic technique; remove any joint effusion before injection.
